Merritt Burdge FNP-BC
Merritt Burdge FNP- BC, is a Lebanon native who is honored to care for the urgent healthcare needs of her community. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee, and has served patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner over the last five years. She currently lives in Wilson County with her husband and three sons. As she states, "It is a joy to work, live, and raise a family in the community that I call home."

Sue Simatis PA-C, earned her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in pre-med and biology, from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, in 2000, before completing her Master of Medical Science in the Physician Assistant Program at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 2006. With nearly 20 years of experience working in urgent care and occupational medicine, she moved to Tennessee in 2020 with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her family and dog, Katie.
Elexa Sullivan, MMS, PA-C
Elexa Sullivan, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology at East Carolina University in 2023 and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in 2025. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare, with a passion for treating patients of all ages through personalized, evidence-based care in a welcoming environment. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and her four cats.
CYRUS NABAVI PA-C
Cyrus Nabavi, PA-C joined the team in 2024 after graduating from PA school. He earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Biology from Berry College in Rome, Georgia, and went on to complete his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Bethel University in Paris, Tennessee. He currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, and in his free time enjoys spending time with friends, weight lifting, sports, and traveling.
Laura Stanley, MMSc, PA-C
Laura Stanley MMSC, PA-C, is a board certified physician assistant who earned her bachelors degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN and her masters of medical science degree from the physician assistant program at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. She has been with Anycare since their opening day in 2013! She lives in Nashville with her husband, 3 children, and golden retriever Enzo. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Bill Robertson
Dr. Bill Robertson graduated from David Lipscomb University with a degree in Biology and went on to obtain his MD from the UT, Memphis College of Medicine. He completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. A native of Lebanon, "Dr. Bill" is the son of Dr. George Robertson. He joined his father in practice with FMA in 2001. He resides in Lebanon with his wife, Michelle, also a Lebanon native, and their 4 children, Rebecca, William, James, and Noah.
